Chief Operations Officer

Tash brings operational clarity and calm precision to the leadership of Pharos. With a background in crisis management, relationship management, and service delivery, she ensures every client experience is structured, responsive, and human-centred.

Her leadership combines operational excellence with emotional intelligence — balancing compliance needs with a genuine commitment to community wellbeing. At Pharos, Tash helps set the standard for service delivery, team culture, and client care.

Chief Information Officer

James brings experience of using data driven insights to drive improvements to Pharos. Whilst a banker by career, with experiences ranging from mortgage lending to compliance and assurance, his understanding of compliance obligations is complemented by 4 years of hands-on body corporate committee experience.

James has also implemented a compliance information technology system for a New Zealand owned bank.
